Cultivate the mind and support Geðhjálp

This winter, Geðhjálp, the Icelandic Mental Health Alliance, offers daily doses of small, straightforward tips intended to improve mental health. We call those tips “vitamin G”.

  • Do not complicate your life unnecessarily

    True happiness lies in simplifying your life. To focus on your needs rather than your desires – prioritising. It is important to identify and avoid situations that cause stress and discomfort. Worrying about what is yet to come is anything but helpful. It is helpful to train yourself to exclude negative influences in the environment, to simplify your life and choose what you respond to. That way, you can enjoy not having to respond to everything that life throws at you.

G vitamin fragrance drops

This year, Geðhjálp also offers special G vitamin fragrance drops, which are to be used alongside daily habits to boost mental health. The drops come with instructions for their use along with a QR code which sends the user to the daily vitamin G advice.
